The service
BookReach AI analyses a book you own or represent, researches reader-acquisition opportunities, and helps you prepare and review campaigns. It is a working tool, not a guarantee of sales.
Your content stays yours
You keep every right in your manuscripts, covers, copy and reader records. You give us only the permission needed to store and process them so the features you ask for can run. You confirm you hold the rights to anything you upload or publish through the service.
Acceptable use
Do not upload material you do not have the rights to, do not send messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you, and do not use the service to mislead readers. We may suspend a workspace that does.
Payment and renewal
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance in US dollars and renew automatically until cancelled. A trial, where one is offered, runs for 14 days with limited daily allowances for AI, research, video and outside-data calls. Access to a paid plan begins only when the payment provider confirms payment. See pricing and refunds and cancellation.
AI output
Analysis, copy and recommendations are produced by AI and may be wrong. Every claim intended for public use goes through review before it can be exported or published, and you remain responsible for what you publish. See the AI output and data processing page.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and to report failures honestly rather than hide them, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You can cancel at any time from Plan and Billing; the plan runs to the end of the period already paid for. We may end the agreement for serious or repeated breaches of these terms, and we will tell you why.
